At Longborough Dental Practice we welcome Endodontic referrals from colleagues either by post, telephone or via the website using the forms provided.

We guarantee that we will give the best service to you and your patient and communicate with you promptly as to what treatment is required, has taken place and what will be required in the future. We will recommend the type of restoration, timing and follow-up the patient where necessary.

Please provide as much detail as possible on the referral form, including any treatment difficulties that would be beneficial for us to know before we meet the patient. We fully appreciate that patients are referred to us for Endodontics; patients will be directly referred back to you, the referring dentist, for their follow up treatment.
