The whole dental practice recently went to 'Go Ape,' an outdoor tree climbing activity, as a team building exercise. It was brilliant and exhilarating at the same time as being nerve-wracking and mouth drying! But most of all it was very, very wet (as you can see by the picture).

Just a reminder that Paul Ward, specialist orthodontist, who joined us recently attends Longborough for regular weekly surgeries on Fridays. Please ask your dentist or the reception team if you require a referral for specialist orthodontic treatment.
Longborough has undergone complete refurbishment recently.
This includes extensive modernisation and redecoration with new carpets fitted throughout. The picture here shows one of our new comfortable, patient lounges. We have also installed high-speed broadband and a new computer system so that the very latest technology is available to all the dentists.
In addition, we now have a new purpose built reception area with our own shop where you can purchase all of your oral care products. We hope you like the improvements, all of which will help us provide a better service and even better care for our patients.
Julie and Wai-Wai who joined us on a full time basis in April, have been working hard over the past year studying for their Dental Nursing Certificates at Carshalton College. And all their hard work has been rewarded. They have both passed their final exams!
Having been awarded the National Certificate in Dental Nursing they are both now qualified dental nurses and we're sure that their training will help us to deliver even higher levels of care to Longborough patients.
