The administration staff at Longborough are all here to help the practice run smoothly and to ensure patients receive prompt, courteous service.
Alison Crump - Practice Manager
Alison joined Longborough in 1993 after working as a buyer and product development manager in the cosmetics industry. Prior to this she had trained as a dental nurse and originally came to the practice to take on the responsibility of dental health educator.
Her experience in business meant she was ideally suited to take on the role of practice manager, when the opportunity arose in 1996. She has held this position ever since and has an incredibly busy life - with a husband and three sons occupying all of her time outside the practice.
Odeta Urbanaviciene - Customer Relationship Manager
Born in Lithuania, Odeta lived in the USA for many years before relocating to the UK. She joined the Practice in March 2008 and is keen to make Surrey and Longborough her permanent home. Having worked at a five star resort, the “Ponte Vedra Inn and Club” in Florida, as a customer services representative, Odeta brings a new skill set to the administration staff. "The practice appreciates that patients are also customers and I am here to ensure Longborough patients receive 5 star treatment," she says.
Theresa - Patient Advisor
Theresa is our full time Patient Advisor. She is highly regarded by Longborough patients and is also very popular with the team, regularly baking biscuits and cakes for the staff room. Over the 11 years that she has been at the Practice she has shown great ability to adapt to change - most recently re-training to use the new computer system.
Janet - Patient Advisor
Janet has a background in recruitment which makes her most definitely a people person and she has become one of the Longborough team incredibly quickly. In her spare time Janet enjoys sport and is involved in coaching children tennis and also runs the social committee of the local tennis club.
Dawn - Patient Advisor (Registered Dental Nurse)
Dawn is a registered dental nurse and has shown a real commitment to Longborough, working with us for nearly 20 years. She now works as a Patient Advisor and her training and experience at the Practice are proving to be great assets to the reception team.
Sue - Patient Advisor
Sue is the newest member of the reception team. She worked in the pharmacy at
St George’s Hospital and as an optical receptionist/technician before joining Longborough and enjoys dealing with the public. A member of the RSPB, bird watching is one of her favourite pastimes. more about Sue ...
